Changes need approval from the relevant supplier or park authority. Ask your coordinator to check availability and the applicable amendment charges. Do not assume that a missed night or trekking date can be moved without a charge, or that an exception will be granted.

Read the policy wording and ask the insurer about your planned activities, missed connections and weather delays. Cover depends on the insured event, waiting periods, exclusions and claim limits. Firante cannot promise that an insurer will reimburse a particular expense.

How can I make the itinerary more flexible?

Discuss an additional overnight stay before an international departure and avoid placing a fixed permit activity immediately after a connection with little spare time. The appropriate buffer depends on your route and arrival schedule.
